Sacred Pathway LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the Sacred Pathway Dispatch Hub mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create or sign in to a Sacred Pathway Dispatch Hub account, we collect the email address associated with your account, authentication information needed to keep you signed in, and user account identifiers assigned by our authentication provider.
Name and Profile Information: We may collect name, display name, company, role, or other profile information used to identify your dispatcher, carrier, driver, or owner-operator account inside the app.
Private Messages and Dispatch Content: The app allows dispatchers, carriers, drivers, and owner-operators to communicate through private in-app messages. We collect message content, sender and recipient identifiers, read status, timestamps, connection status, and related dispatch communication details so the messaging features can work.
Push Notification Tokens: If push notifications are enabled, we collect and store an Apple Push Notification service token linked to your account so we can deliver app notifications, such as message or connection updates.
Technical App Data: We may process basic technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the app and its backend services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to provide and maintain the app's core functionality, including account sign-in, dispatcher account access, private messaging, connection invites, unread message counts, account deletion, push notifications, security, reliability, and customer support.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use cross-app tracking.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as Supabase for authentication, database hosting, and backend services, and Apple for platform services such as push notifications and App Store review. These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
We do not share your private dispatcher, carrier, driver, owner-operator messages, account details, or dispatch communication data with brokers, advertisers, data brokers, competitors, or unrelated third parties.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transmission, secure backend services, authenticated account access, and database access controls. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to what is needed for app functionality.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as long as needed to provide the app, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may delete your Sacred Pathway Dispatch Hub account from inside the app at any time:
- Open Sacred Pathway Dispatch Hub.
- Sign in to your dispatcher account.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
When your account is deleted, we delete or deactivate account data associated with your Dispatch Hub account, including dispatcher account access, connections, private messages, and push notification tokens, subject to any limited retention required for security, backups, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. You may also request account deletion or data help by contacting us at sacredbilltracker@gmail.com.
6. Children's Privacy
Sacred Pathway Dispatch Hub is a business tool for dispatch and logistics operations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or request information about the personal data we maintain about you. You can manage your account in the app, delete your account from Settings, or contact us at sacredbilltracker@gmail.com for privacy requests.
8. No Tracking or Third-Party Advertising
Sacred Pathway Dispatch Hub does not use your data for third-party advertising, does not sell your data, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
