Welcome to Sacred Pathway Driver Hub. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Sacred Pathway Driver Hub is a mobile application that helps trucking owner-operators and carriers manage financial operations including document scanning, load tracking, expense tracking, settlement calculations, and paystub generation. The app is provided by Sacred Pathway LLC.
You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Sacred Pathway Driver Hub offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
You agree to use the app only for lawful business purposes related to trucking and freight operations. You may not:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app (loads, expenses, driver information, scanned documents). We do not claim any ownership of your business data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and protected.
Sacred Pathway Driver Hub v1 is a manual-entry tool. Load details, expenses, driver information, and settlement amounts are entered by you. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all figures before using them for settlements, payments, or tax purposes. Sacred Pathway LLC is not liable for errors in manually entered data.
Sacred Pathway Driver Hub is a financial tracking and calculation tool. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. The settlements, calculations, and reports generated by the app are for your internal business use. You are responsible for verifying all financial calculations and maintaining compliance with applicable tax and labor laws. Sacred Pathway LLC is not a licensed accounting firm, tax preparer, or financial advisor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Pathway LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Core features (manual paystub creation, settlement calculation) are designed to work offline.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Sacred Pathway LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
